The scheme and year form is used to select the current scheme and water year to be worked on.  On this form, a new year for a given scheme can be created or a specific year for a scheme can be deleted with all the associated data for that year. To open the Select scheme & year form, select Database->Scheme & water year or click on the button on the main form. To select a specific Scheme & water year, Double click on the specific record or highlight the record and click on the Select year button.
