The scheme and year form is used to create a new water year for a given scheme. To open the Select scheme & year form, select Database->Scheme & water year or click on the button on the main form. 1. Click on the Insert year button to open the following Password input form.  Enter the password which is “Superman” with a capital “S” and click on the Ok-button. 2.  The following Insert new water year will open.  Capture the required information and click on the OK-button which will create and initialize the new water year.  The quota can be captured afterwords if it is unknown at this stage. Superman
