The User lookup form is used throughout WAS to locate a User id where needed.  A search can be done on: ●  User ●  Alias ●  Surname 1. Open the User lookup by clicking on the button which will normally be next to the User id field on capturing forms. 2. Change the Sort order, if needed, and type the search string in the Find box. 3. Click the OK button to select the specific user.
