WAS-client The WAS-client application is specifically developed to be used by farmers to capture and keep record of their weekly water orders.  Captured water orders can be uploaded to the WAS database and a SMS is send to the farmer to verify that the water orders of the specific week have been processed.  To install WAS-client, follow the following steps: 1. Download the WAS-client setup program from the download page. 2. Run the WASclientSetup.exe and select the No-Questions-Asked Installation option. 3.
